The restaurant Il Castello, open to everyone, even to those who are not hotel guests, well known and appreciated over the years, has earnt a loyal clientele. It offers a sober and comfortable habitat with 200 seats spread over two rooms, a larger and a smaller one for those who love privacy.

For those who want to eat surrounded by greenery, is available the lovely covered terrace, where you can admire the ruins of Il Castello di Quirra, built in typical Sardinian style with the stones on sight.

The restaurant focuses on those who are the regional dishes of fresh meat and fish. Among the specialties of the house, for starters there is always the zuppetta di cozze (mussels soup) with local mussels or the polpo con la rucola (octopus with rucola); a special mention is for the Spaghetti al Castello composed by the right mix of fresh fish tomatoes and olives, the incomparable maialetto arrosto (roasted piglet on a bed of myrtle), or the catch of the day cooked according to tradition.

The wine list offers a choice between the best labels of Sardinia and a selection of national and foreign most popular wines.
